How to Order Workwear and Uniform ?
Setting up your logo for embroidery
There is an additional charge for digitising your logo ready for it to be embroidered. This is where your logo is re-processed (essentially redrawn) in a special format so it is ready to be embroidered on our commercial machines. Logo digitising is £10+vat, currently we offer free logo digitising on orders over £75. We will send you a PDF mock up of your digitised logo before embroidering any tops.
This means for any orders under £75+vat there will be an extra charge to added to the total after you check out of £10+vat
If you need just text embroidering we can set that up for free. If you confirm the font you would like along with the thread colour we can send a mock up over to you.
Using our Workwear & Uniform Web Shop
Ordering embroidered work clothing can sometimes not be as straight forward as you first think - so we have set up our web shop as a starting point to get a quotation initially before confirming your order once your happy everything is correct. You can add the garment you like to the basket & add the personalisation you require. Once you check out it sends an email to us both - we will then confirm the prices quoted are correct. If you're happy with this then we can go ahead and process your order.
Large / Complex / Bulk Orders
If you have a lot of items to add to the basket it can take a long time to add all the personalisation to each piece of uniform... If it's easier you can do one of 2 things, just add the garments and check out. When you get your email reply to all and confirm what logo's you need where and we will confirm the price for you. Or you can just email what uniform you need We will need to know:-
1. What garment you need (we can suggest some if you need help with that)
2. What logo's are going on each item
3. What sizes you need (some 3XL and large are slightly more expensive)
4. Email these details to email@example.com
We have a bulk uniform quotation builder which is nice and easy to use. You can quickly input your garments and decoration requirements and it will give you an instance quote. Again there is no commitment to purchase, we only process an order once we get a confirmation from you. You can find our bulk discount quotation for here
Confirming Your Order of Workwear
Once you have seen the quotation and check the garments & decoration requirements are all correct you can contact us to confirm you want to go ahead with the uniform order. You'll need to email your logo or graphic to us. If you have a hi-resolution logo probably in either .EPS .PDF .AI send that, if not send the best image you have and we can work with that. We'll send your artwork off to be digitised ready for the embroidery machine. We will then email a mock up of how the logo will look embroidered along with the thread colours we will use - again once you're happy with the mock up then we can proceed with embroidering or printing your work clothing.
Orders below £75.
